Onboarding Existing User on Leatherback on the Dev Portal

This process shows in detail how an existing user on Leatherback Landscape can be onboarded on the LAAS (Leatherback As a Service) Development Portal. This can only be achievable when the existing user belongs to the Business Account Category.

  • An existing user enters the LAAS URL into the web browser and hits the search button

  • The user clicks the login button

The System displays the page below

  • The User enters a valid credential and clicks the sign-in button

( (NB: This is the same login credentials used by the User to access the Leatherback application)

The System displays the page

  • The user enters the following information: Business Name, Business Category, Time Zone

  • The User clicks the Continue button
