Who Can Register
Regulated Third Party Providers
Third-party providers (TPPs) authorized under PSD2 include Payment Initiation Service Providers (PISPs) and Account Information Service Providers (AISPs) in the EU and UK. They are regulated by relevant financial authorities.
To access Leatherback's Open Banking API, TPPs must use a valid eIDAS or Open Banking (OBIE) certificate for registration.
